Douglas Whipple has been our Business/Corporate Attorney for almost 20 years. Over the course of this time period he has shown an incredible breadth of experience in Corporate, Civil, Criminal and Governmental related legal matters. Our Company had a substantial growth opportunity a few years ago and Doug was instrumental in helping us sort out the legal issues we would be confronted with as we took on such a large project. This included structuring the entities, addressing financial matters, creating the right legal entity for the parties involved and making sure our due diligence covered every topic related to the business. By having his advice before we committed to the projected we were prepared to deal with the questions and issues that arose as we closed on the project and began restructuring the business. Our group is a small and recently formed nonprofit in the midst of reorganization.
