About me

For more than 35 years, Michael C. Hennenberg has defended people accused of serious crimes in federal, state and municipal courts in Cleveland and Northern Ohio. During that time he has earned a reputation as an effective defense advocate for people accused of white collar crimes, health care fraud, drug crimes and other felonies.

Mr. Hennenberg also actively practices in professional licensing, attorney discipline, regulatory investigation, expungement, and post-conviction rights.

When representing you, Mr. Hennenberg will undertake a comprehensive defense effort designed to protect your rights and preserve your freedom. He will examine every aspect of your case, look at every strategy and consider every possible defense tactic. Michael C. Hennenberg can draw upon experts in various disciplines, including accountants, financial analysts, former FBI and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents, private investigators, polygraphists, and psychologists who can provide key advice and findings regarding the case. Thoroughness, discipline and determination — these will be the keys to a successful defense effort.

Michael C. Hennenberg has written and lectured extensively on topics in criminal law, and he is recognized as one of Ohio's leading criminal defense lawyers.
