I can not remember the blessing of how we were referred to Richard Nemeth but it was one the greatest things that could have happened to us. Back in 2008 we unfortunately found ourselves under a mountain of bills after my husband was laid off after the birth of our child some years prior. We went in for a consultation with Richard regarding what our best option would be. I will never forget how patient, knowledgeable, and well-intentioned he was. He patiently explained in understandable terms all the options before us. He must have answered what seemed like an unending stream of questions and concerns we had. Long story short, he made our Chapter 7 bankruptcy a painless and successful process. I will never forget the feeling of utter relief and freedom I felt when our case was discharged.
Now fast forward some years later to present day. I recently needed some documentation for the purchase of a primary residence. Even though it had been many years since we had talked, it was also like no time had passed. He is still the same sharp, intelligent, and fast-acting lawyer that I remember. It was Richard's documentation that was the deciding final factor in my approval to buy my next home. The documentation that he provided was thorough and left no room for additional questions. He will always the first person I think of to refer family and friends that may find themselves in need of his services.
Thank you again Richard!

In January of 2011, my husband and I were so stressed and in over our head in debt. Upside down on a mortgage along with other debt. I am not sure how we came in contact with Mr. Nemeth, but I thank God that we chose him as our attorney. 6 years later all his help and guidance has turned out to be a blessing. I thought with the debt we had, we would have to do a reorganization of our debt instead of qualifying for a total dissolution. Needless to say, we were totally discharged in June of 2011. Mr. Nemeth takes out personal time to tell you what the best options and the best plan for you to overcome the hardship you have. In meeting with Mr. Nemeth he makes you feel like a person, instead of talking down or making you feel bad because of what you are going through. After leaving his office, you literally feel as though he is a breath of fresh air and maybe for the first time in weeks, months, or in my case years of stress you can actually relax. It was such a smooth process from beginning to end. I have had to contact him recently to get information from my case. I referred him to my cousin who hired him as well as my daughter. Needless to say, with all of Mr. Nemeth's expertise...I just purchased a home and moved in 3 weeks ago today. I am saying this to leave no doubt about hiring Mr. Nemeth. The house we ended up filing bankruptcy was still in my husband and I name until 2015. 2 years later we are sitting in a new home.

I came into Hal's office stressed out, and an hour later left with a burden off my shoulders. From then on, Hal did a great job explaining what was going on and protecting my interests. If you are having money troubles and considering bankruptcy, Hal is the best. Definitely very knowledgeable and on your side.

I have worked with this Attorney twice and he explains as clearly as possible the process in this matter. And makes sure you understand the guidelines and how it affects you. It's a delight to work with him.

I have been a client of Richard's since 2007. I also worked in a law firm for three years. Richard by far is the most honest straightforward person to work with. He works a plan with you and you can be confident it is doable. I have trusted him completely and highly recommend him to many people. He is truly the best.

This attorney is terrible. He misrepresented me and charged me $1200 above my initial fees. I have not received proper representation.
