Michael Anthony Hill

Michael Hill has been described as a generational attorney for consistently obtaining 7 and 8 figure trial verdicts and settlements, including the largest verdict against a nursing home in Ohio History—a $26 million verdict in May 2023. Michael has met the stringent Super Lawyers standard, voted by his peers as one of the top 2.5% of attorneys in 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Michael has been rated by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 40 Under 40 trial lawyer in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and one of the Top 100 lawyers overall in 2023, his first year of eligibility. Michael represents families across the country in wrongful death cases caused by severe neglect and abuse that occurs at nursing homes. Born in Flint, Michigan, Michael attended Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio where he was a running back on the football team and graduated with a degree in Philosophy. He attended law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was published multiple times in national peer reviewed academic journals.

Michael is the founder of Michae Hill Trial Law. Eadie Hill Trial Lawyers now has offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. When not in trial, Michael spends the bulk of his time traveling, particularly in Central and South America.
