Unfortunate common sense advice

He took the time to personally call me and discuss the issues with me. Unfortunately the result of the conversation made me understand that Ohio has screwed it's citizens by limiting damage awards. Not his fault, just corrupt politicians that were influenced by insurance companies and the doctors. An...yway, he has saved me a lot of time and wasted effort by being honest about the situation. Some the truth hurts

I left my conversation with him disappointed in the misguided Ohio laws but impressed by him. We had an open and honest discussion that will be revisited in a few weeks after some additional medical testing. I actually got to talk to a real lawyer and not some screening nurse or paralegal.
