Represented me in an automobile injury case

David was extremely knowledgeable and aware of the conditions surrounding my specific automobile personal injury case. He was diligent in his preperation of my case, and realistic in his approach of reaching a fair conclusion. My case had several difficult circumstances, a defendant with zero equit...y, a judge with an abbreviated agenda and in inconclusive police review of the car accident. Given all these difficult variables. David spent many hours of preperation and review with me and the defendant's counsel, as well as being in constant communication with me, to bring this matter to the best possible conclusion. David reached a settlement with the defendant's insurance company to satisfy my medical expenses as well as capturing an amount for my personal anguish. David went above and beyond and negotiated with my medical providers to adjust my medical expenses. Perhaps this is what would be expected from counsel, however, David never once implied that his ability was limited due to the above mentioned case conditions, always anticipating that he would reach the best possible outcome. It is my opinion and strong belief that David thrived with this challenge and felt compassionate in my injury case. I would trust David Herman with any future personal injury legal matter either I or any family member might incure.

David Herman only acts in his own best interests.

David coerced me into taking a deal,under false pretenses that I argued against for several weeks because I knew it was financially not in my best interest. In hindsight I would rather have represented myself or had my seven-year-old represent me in court
