Berkman Gordon Murray & DeVan was founded nearly 60 years ago and has always been at the forefront of criminal, civil and constitutional litigation and appeals. In addition to criminal and white collar defense, we represent plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, and represent professionals and business executives and management in criminal, civil and administrative matters. We also provide representation in business litigation.
