Practice focused solely on OVI/DUI Defense at Bret Jordan Co., LPA in Cleveland, Oh. Established practice in OVI Defense for the last ten years. I have successfully defended clients in every municipal court in Cuyahoga County--including outright dismissls and acquittals of OVI charges. We are passionate about defending the rights of those who have been wrongfully accused and provide FREE consultations to any and all persons accused of committing a crime and/or traffic violation.
Member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense, certified in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and am a member of the Ohio Elks Association.

DUI was Dismissed!
I will recommend Eric to anyone that needs a DUI lawyer. Eric was able to dismiss my case and was very professional. He kept me up to date on all the steps we had to take to dismiss the charge.

Great Defense Attorney
I would recommend Eric to anybody I know. He took the time to review the case with me and answered any and all questions I had for him. He returned phone calls quickly and let me know what to expect during the court hearings. One of the best around if you want a chance at a dismissal!

OWI and a few other incidents
