Practice focused solely on OVI/DUI Defense at Bret Jordan Co., LPA in Cleveland, Oh. Established practice in OVI Defense for the last ten years. I have successfully defended clients in every municipal court in Cuyahoga County--including outright dismissls and acquittals of OVI charges. We are passionate about defending the rights of those who have been wrongfully accused and provide FREE consultations to any and all persons accused of committing a crime and/or traffic violation.
Member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense, certified in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and am a member of the Ohio Elks Association.
