I have successfully defended clients in every municipal court in Cuyahoga County--including outright dismissls and acquittals of OVI charges. We are passionate about defending the rights of those who have been wrongfully accused and provide FREE consultations to any and all persons accused of committing a crime and/or traffic violation.
Member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense, certified in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and am a member of the Ohio Elks Association.

Great Defense Attorney
I would recommend Eric to anybody I know. He took the time to review the case with me and answered any and all questions I had for him. He returned phone calls quickly and let me know what to expect during the court hearings. One of the best around if you want a chance at a dismissal!
