Efficient

I hired Anna to represent my sister who was seeking custody of her grandchild. My expectations were for us to prevail and for my sister to be given custody. The outcome met our expectations and my sister now has the opportunity to raise her grandchild in a more stable home environment. I worked with many attorneys over my 44 year banking career and Anna exemplified what I wanted in an attorney: efficient, law knowledgeable and tough. I wasn't seeking a new friend or business relationship. I wanted a good outcome and that is what happened.

Anna graduated with cum laude honors from Myers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Education in 1995. Anna was awarded her Juris Doctorate with cum laude honors from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1998.

Anna is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association as well as serving as Trustee from 2015-2018 ,and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. She serves as co-chair of the Lake County Bar Association's Family Law committee. She is also Co-Chair of the Supreme Court Trip of the Lake County Bar Association and on the Ohio State Bar Association Screening Committee since 2019. Anna is now President of the Lake County Bar Association 2023-2024.

Grandchild

Knowledgeable & Honest

Excellent Divorce Lawyer

A long time family friend of mine recommended Anna to me when I first began my divorce. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and knowledgeable lawyer. She listened to my concerns and my wants as a soon to be single mother of 3 children. She was straightforward with me at all times throughout the process which I truly appreciate, but at the same time she fought for the things that I would not overlook. She knew my main focus was my 3 children and without her in my corner things may have gone differently. I couldn’t have made a better decision than to hire Anna and if I needed to make any modifications to my judgement, she would be my first call.

Pleasant to work with!

I was very nervous to pursue court in regards to custody / child support but Anna was the lawyer I was recommended and her and her office were pleasant and knowledgeable through the process. I had no issues and would recommend her to others, and use in the future!

Highly Recommend

Ms. Parise was recommended to me via a friend who practices law but not divorce law. I'm glad she was recommended to me and have since recommended her to other friends in need of a divorce lawyer. She is knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough. She provided excellent advice. Her experience in providing that advice was spot on and I should have listened to her. Excellent

Anna has been great at communicating, making sure I understand everything we discuss and slowing down to explain when needed. At the end of the day, I have felt well informed to make appropriate decisions. The office is also extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Grateful

We met Anna Parise outside the Ashtabula County Juvenile Court where Children’s Services and others were going to decide the fate of our granddaughter. We had been caring for her since she was 2 months old at the bequest of Children’s Services. Nonetheless, we were not allowed into the courtroom after all we had done and had been through. Anna, as our attorney, went into the courtroom and arranged for us to sit in the periphery of the room. Somewhat later, Anna stood and announced that we would be contesting placement of Sophia with both her father and mother because they were unfit. You could have heard a pin drop. Working in concert with Anna, we eventually gained full custody of Sophia and we have maintained custody to this day. All along the way, Anna has been there for us, and we trust she will be there with us as a reliable guide, one who knows the territory, in the challenges ahead. If you want an attorney who will stand with you and fight for you in a life saving effort, Anna is the one you need to consider. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude.

Grateful client!

Anna is highly knowledgeable and diligent in family law. She supported me through my concerns during my recent custody case, and brought to light many different considerations along the way. She advocated particulars of the SPP for my daughter, that (to me) were non-negotiable. She was there to help explain my options and key decisions for my case. Excellent is an Understatement

Anna took care of me from day one. When I first set up services, she talked with me thoroughly about my situation and made me feel heard. She immediately was able to get a read on the situation. She made a plan and followed through all while communicating with me. She allowed me to make my own decisions and think about them, but always weighed in with her expertise and legal advice in the most respectful way. Anna always broke things down for me and would let me know next steps. When the day of the actual divorce came, she was on my team and supported me 100%. Fantastic family law attorney

Anna Parise is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and very well versed in family law. She took our difficult case on and has effectively guided us through a web of legal entanglements. As grandparents attempting to gain permanent custody of our grandson, Anna was able to help us obtain temporary custody. Our grandson is now thriving both socially and academically.

I went in blind picking Anna as my attorney and I feel I really lucked out. Anna was very professional and her support staff was very efficient. My questions and calls into Anna were always quickly replied to and when I even asked her to text me she did so. I can't say enough about Anna. I was so impressed with her firm that I even solicited them for legal help on a real estate deal. I also referred them to my daughter who they also represent. Enough said. If you want professional representation for your case then you need to at least interview Anna as a candidate. Well done Anna. Well done.
