I had hired Anna to assist with the adult adoption of my step-child, so that I could legally be their father. The process was fairly straightforward and I appreciated her and her team ensuring that the forms were filled and filed correctly. She explained everything every step of the way. On the date ...of court she represented our family and we were able to get the adoption granted. My only suggestion for future clients, is an additional preparation session to make sure everyone is prepared.

I spent entirely too much money on her services, not realizing until the end that she was not trying to help me because of my "family dynamics " I quote because I still have the email. She talked to me like I was an idiot. Never let me speak really. I could not ask a question that she would answer. ...She did not respond to emails. She treats her clients like they are slop under her shoes. I regret deeply that I employed her. I lost way too much time fighting a battle she let run. My children paid the ultimate price for her ego and prejudice. She also mixes up her clients. I received emails for other clients "by mistake" I asked for my file, which I am entitled to and she did almost everything in her power to avoid me getting it. Included in my file also, was inter office communications about other clients.
