Edward Lee Schimmel

Edward has helped us with 2 different cases over the years. My husband and I had originally chosen a local "bankruptcy farm" that ended up costing us an absurd amount of money each month. We couldn't keep up and the lawyer basically threw up his hands and said that there was nothing he could do the...n. My brother recommended Ed and he took the case and filed it the way it should have been done in the first place. When we ran into legal issues years later there was no doubt we were going to start with Ed. He genuinely cares about his clients and his sister who works the front desk is also super friendly and efficient. Ed is honest and up-front and knows the courts and bankruptcy laws like he was born practicing law. He is also good at "outside the box" thinking, coming up with solutions for things that other large firms would just ignore.

After our father died we had Mr. Schimmel help us with the estate. Our father had many vehicles without titles and paper work that we unable to locate. Eddie helped us work through all the legalities and navigating our way through the paperwork. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. I...t was not a question who we would use when our mother passed.

I have used Ed Schimmel on numerous occasions for different legal issues. My most recent encounter he was very reassuring, very discrete and private. He did everything he could to help in my situation. He had the matter resolved and done as quickly as he could. If I had to call his office he respo...nded with in the same business day. If it was after hours he would email me. His staff in the office was also polite and helpful. I recommend Ed to all my family and friends. If there is something he doesn't specialize in (which I have not had that problem) He will find somebody that can help.
