Attorney Edward Schimmel is a good attorney; the problem I had was what I felt was unorganized office help at the Northwood, Ohio officei.e. when phoning the Northwood office no matter what time of day my call many times went to a voice mail recorder which after leaving messages calls went unreturned.... When my call was answered and I let know the purpose of my call I was told by office help I would be called back within 30 minutes with answer to question and I would not be called back at all. As much as I feel Attorney Schimmel is very knowledgeable and do recommend him; I believe the office staff needs additional help. It is very frustrating to try to phone your attorney regarding a case you have paid good money to be represented and your calls go to a voicemail or when answered still unreturned.
