Discharge BMV reinstatement fees in Bankruptcy.ORC Section 4510.10(G) defines BMV reinstatement fees as a debt that may be discharged in a bankruptcy. The BMV needs to be in receipt of a copy of the Petition or Discharge in Bankruptcy and a copy of the Schedule of Debts indicating the debts that were included in the bankruptcy. The BMV will review the documentation and remove the fees from your record that were included in the bankruptcy
