Biography
I am proud to represent consumers who have had a car dealer or debt collector take advantage of them or who have had a vehicle repossessed. There are some very helpful laws to protect people from common types of abuse. In many instances, these laws provide that the debt collector or car dealer must pay the consumer's attorney fees if we win. That means that for many of my clients who have strong cases, I do not require my fee to be paid by the consumer. I do not represent businesses. In appropriate cases, I can accept work throughout the State of Ohio.
