My experience with John P. Lewandowski and his law firm has been a disappointing experience from nearly the moment he was retained. . I hired John Lewandowski to negotiate a business dispute in the summer of 2017 . The lack of his ability to retain/comprehend information and properly communic...ate with me is truly unimaginable. I would not want anyone to experience the many months of frustration that I have endured. This matter is still not resolved but they have all my money. I have tried numerous time to contact and communicate with John's Law Firm with no meaningful response. It's hard for me to understand that anyone that dedicates themselves to passing the bar exam would conduct themselves in this manner.

My sister died with a will and a Transfer on Death, and Pay on Death. She lived in Toledo, Ohio. I live in Dayton, Ohio. My sister the named executor, lied about the estate and didn't probate our deceased sisters will. It was a real mess. I retained John Lewandowski to help find out what was really g...oing on with her estate. My dishonest sister took all the money and sold the house and kept the money for herself. We were all named beneficiaries in the will. But because my dead sister didn't put all our names on the T.O.D., and the P.O.D. we got none of the bulk of her estate. John Lewandowski investigated the estate, explained our options, and gave us sound legal advise. He was fair and honest with us. He helped us understand the laws of probate. I found his council very helpful. I have not come across an attorney with such high integrity, honesty, and compassion. He has empathy for his clients. He took my case and worked with us so we didn't have to travel three hours one way just to meet with him. I called several other attorneys who did not want to help us without the hours of travel. He went above and beyond to help us. I know if you retain him as we did, you will be satisfied and pleasantly surprised. As we were.

I was a client of John Lewandowski. I hired him to file a lawsuit. Instead of filing the lawsuit he pressured me into signing a settlement offer that was not only against my best interests but could expose me to a lifetime of financial and criminal liablity. He argued forcefully for me to agree to a ...deal that in my opinion, strongly favored the other side and had no upside for me. 10 months after hiring John Lewandowki, he quit after I finally demanded that he file the lawsuit he was hired to file. He told me that filing this lawsuit was "foolish and a waste of time " and that he "wanted no part of it". but thats not what he told me before I hired him and paid his 5k retainer which was almost all spent on his failed settlement talks which I were opposed to for many reasons. (He did refund me approximately 1k of the 5k retainer balance). Before I hired him he said, in writing, that I had a good case and a good argument and that he felt confident he could achieve in litigation what I hoped to achieve.
