You will be your own paralegal and still that will not be enough. And when it came time for litigation everything that we s...aid we agreed upon and agreement that was met with other party involved was not the same as the agreement letter written so I did not sign and return. I was then called by him asking why I would not sign the papers and I told him I didn’t agree to what was in the papers he then tried to say that was what was agreed upon and if I didn’t sign them he would no longer represent me and I’d be out the money I already paid him. Not only did he take my money and run with it the attorney that referred him to me took 2k as well just for referring him.

John Lewandowski used an outdated form for the state of Ohio and also completed forms incorrectly for estate planning, causing the forms to be rejected by the end recipient. He also deleted the original documents He created and did not have them as a reference when I had follow up questions (less tha...n 2 months after initial correspondence and while we were still awaiting final confirmation/acceptance from the end recipient). I certainly understand and respect that mistakes can occur; the core issue was not the mistakes that were made, but his unwillingness and lack of professionalism to fix the issues and correct the forms. I had to find a new lawyer to finish the work he started--and that he was paid in full for--but that he did not complete correctly. He was unwilling to correct the forms based on the end recipient's feedback and instead said the end recipient was wrong. He was completely unaware of, and unwilling to accept, his own mistakes in creating and filling out the legal paperwork. Further, he was inflexible in his way of thinking and trouble shooting problems, following only one formula/approach--even when that approach /formula was rejected (forms returned) by the end recipient. He did not care at all about customer satisfaction and took no steps to try to "right" the situation when I let him know I was unhappy with his legal services. I felt that he only cared about a pay check and did not sense that he takes pride in his work and a job well done. John Lewandowski is the most difficult and unprofessional lawyer I have ever worked with and while he likely has other, happy, clients, I am not one of them. I would not recommend his services.

Our case was very time sensitive and i feel like he did nothing but waste our time. We talked to him at the beginning of may. Paid him the money he asked for that day and the next time we heard him was the beginning of July. We called all the time, tried to get a hold of him every chance we could, bu...t he was too busy doing other things. He never called us back never emailed us back never made any attempts to contacts us about what to do. He wasted the time that was precious to us. When we found another lawyer he apologized for being busy and told us he would get us a refund of some of the money he gave us. We waited a week before calling him because the check hadn't come yet. He forgot to send it. My mother in law had to drive and pick up the check personally from him to get it. I think he was a horrible lawyer.

A very big mistake, absolutely terrible representation. John was never was up to date with the details of my case, every conversation was a repeat of the same information that he was previously given, as he seemed to have retained nothing and was prepared for nothing. His inattentiveness to the case ...was truly beyond the pale. if you need a lawyer who can stay on top of your case and not do most the work yourself, look elsewhere. I ended up doing most of the work myself and ultimately had to hire another lawyer to fix his very costly mistakes. Of course it always makes you look bad when you switch lawyers.

I thought when I came to John Lewandowski I would be getting my life back, after working hard all of my life for all that I have I was expecting to come out happy and relieved as promised however that was not the case. Heres to another lifetime of struggling and paying back everything while all he ca...res about is asking for more money before he can give any information as to what he screwed up.
