Children are always the most important factor to be considered when there are custody issues. I particularly focus on any instances of domestic abuse, and how they have affected the children. I believe in working to ensure guardian ad litem cases are handled fairly and appropriately.

I believe strongly the legal profession needs a better understanding of domestic abuse. Great care is taken to present the issues of abuse as well as the effect on the overall picture, and to make sure the victim is handled in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
