Ok so Ohio is a mother state. It's impossible to get a child away from a mother there no matter how abusive or negligent. She fought a two year battle with these people, which isn't a long case for Ohio. Should've been twice as long. She ensured our son wouldn't have to go back to his bio moth...er and her convicted child abuser husband, who had already abused our son, even though that's a Herculean task in Ohio's court system. There is no doubt in my mind that she saved our sons life. He was only 3 and no one would listen to him. She fought like it was her own family. She got angry with us, and in the end, she did what I doubt anyone else could've done. She got a father custody in Ohio civil court. We will always be grateful to priya for what she did and will never go to Anyone else where our kids are concerned. She was amazing

I contacted Priya a little over a year ago after I was not getting what I needed from my prior attorney, and was also being charged more than I would have been able to continue paying that firm at that time. Her strengths are as follows: she is empathetic but has clear boundaries with me and I’m assuming, other clients. She knew how to manage me when I was having a crisis and overall her communication was excellent. I know a lot of divorce attorneys are known for vague communication and Priya is not one of those. She also knows how to see things in the long view and offer advice and “worst case scenarios” in various situations. That being said, don’t confuse your attorney with your therapist, but that doesn’t mean you have to retain someone with terrible communication skills. Priya is excellent on her communication to me and when sending on the communications to opposing counsel for me to read. Divorce is difficult and feels endless. Having even one person who you feel is advocating for you and your children for the common and best outcome for all involved is invaluable.

Priya represented me in a child custody case. I am from out of state and had to make a long drive to Ohio for each court date.
