DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I got into an accident October 24th of 2024. I did not receive any money until 7 months later after constantly calling and asking for updates. They never once called me, even when it was time to receive my settlemen...t I only knew because I called them. On the paper it said how much I would get and how much they would get. I signed a contract that stated that they would get a certain amount of the money which they have received. Now I received an email on May 17th 2026 (OVER A YEAR LATER) from the person who was at fault insurance company saying they sent another payment to Callinan and wise cup and it should be received within 7 to 10 business days. I called on June 17th to see if they received it and they said no I called at least 3 times in between that time and was told no they haven't received it multiple times. I called July 10th and they said " I have to check and see when we sent that payment out I will give you a call by the end of day or Monday". Tuesday came and I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called and the first thing the guy did on the phone was say they never received anything. So I called the insurance company and they said the check cleared on June 15th. So now I received a call after I cussed them out and the guy said that they were basically shorted by the insurance company and that money is theirs. Which makes absolutely no sense these people are unprofessional. When the guy came into my office for me to sign the paper he smelled terrible, was sweaty and looked like he can care less about what he had on. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT!!!

I hired this attorney through a chiropractor that recommended him. He came to the chiropractors office to meet with me, but that is all the work he did. By the way, said Chiropractor took xrays and put a hot pad on my shoulder for 10min and is charging almost $700 for it!! He doesn't initiate any pho...ne calls, and apparently takes horrible notes because I had to tell him what he had told me in a previous conversation. He advised me to stop seeing my Dr because I was self paying and he told me..."I'm afraid the Insurance company won't pay since it's been 6mo." He told me that! I had to do all of the foot work with insurance companies, medical bills, medical records, etc. I even still owe money on the car that was totaled, I had this car for 51 days, due to being t-boned at a traffic light! This has been "THE WORST" experience ever!!! I finally, today, contacted another Lawyer that I knew from past experience. Hopefully Russ can help me get this nightmare settled!! I gave 1 star because I couldn't post without giving at least 1

If only I could give 10 stars. I have been in a previous accident with another lawyer that I cared not to go back to. The experience here was much better and like the difference between night and day. My car was fixed right away and I will be taking my kids on a vary nice vacation next month with t...he settlement money

I was in an auto accident to Michael Wisecup on a recommendation of a friend. I was skeptical about going to a lawyer, but my friend had a good experience. I had never been in an accident before and didn't know how to handle it. He explained me the process and took care of getting me a rental. I h...ad to take some time off of work and I went to a physical therapist for my back pain. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all. He was able to get me a settlement and I am happy that I called him.
