Michael Eric Wisecup

I hired this attorney through a chiropractor that recommended him. He came to the chiropractors office to meet with me, but that is all the work he did. By the way, said Chiropractor took xrays and put a hot pad on my shoulder for 10min and is charging almost $700 for it!! He doesn't initiate any pho...ne calls, and apparently takes horrible notes because I had to tell him what he had told me in a previous conversation. He advised me to stop seeing my Dr because I was self paying and he told me..."I'm afraid the Insurance company won't pay since it's been 6mo." He told me that! I had to do all of the foot work with insurance companies, medical bills, medical records, etc. I even still owe money on the car that was totaled, I had this car for 51 days, due to being t-boned at a traffic light! This has been "THE WORST" experience ever!!! I finally, today, contacted another Lawyer that I knew from past experience. Hopefully Russ can help me get this nightmare settled!! I gave 1 star because I couldn't post without giving at least 1

He doesn't initiate any phone calls, and apparently takes horrible notes because I had to tell him... what he had told me in a previous conversation. I had to do all of the foot work with insurance companies, medical bills, medical records, etc. This has been "THE WORST" experience ever!!!

You talk about attorneys who care, you can't put Michael Wisecup in the same sentence. He never called to see how I was doing, or even get all of my medical bills so that he could make a legal claim against the other party. He settled in a year and tried to force me to settle and pay my own bills fo...r my injuries. I had to hire another attorney to get my actual medical bills paid in full.

I have been in two accidents previously and used two different attorneys. Both attorneys were very hard to get a hold of and never returned my calls. So I decided not to use either one of them again. I used Michael Wisecup because of a recommendation from another mother on my daughter's volleyball t...eam. She told me how she had Michael Wisecup for a claim a few years back and said I should use him. He was the complete opposite of the previous two attorneys. He always returned my phone calls and kept me updated on the case. I just settled this week and I am happy with the work that was done.
