I hired this attorney through a chiropractor that recommended him. He came to the chiropractors office to meet with me, but that is all the work he did. By the way, said Chiropractor took xrays and put a hot pad on my shoulder for 10min and is charging almost $700 for it!! He doesn't initiate any pho...ne calls, and apparently takes horrible notes because I had to tell him what he had told me in a previous conversation. He advised me to stop seeing my Dr because I was self paying and he told me..."I'm afraid the Insurance company won't pay since it's been 6mo." He told me that! I had to do all of the foot work with insurance companies, medical bills, medical records, etc. I even still owe money on the car that was totaled, I had this car for 51 days, due to being t-boned at a traffic light! This has been "THE WORST" experience ever!!! I finally, today, contacted another Lawyer that I knew from past experience. Hopefully Russ can help me get this nightmare settled!! I gave 1 star because I couldn't post without giving at least 1

He doesn't initiate any phone calls, and apparently takes horrible notes because I had to tell him... what he had told me in a previous conversation. I had to do all of the foot work with insurance companies, medical bills, medical records, etc. This has been "THE WORST" experience ever!!!

The insurance company was messing around with me and wasn't paying for my vehicle. I talked to other attorneys that said that I was out of luck because I didn't have full coverage. When I talked to Mike he said he would call them and see what they hold up was. The day after I went with him I am able ...to get a rental and I am getting paid on the car.
