Stay Away

I hired Moore after his great speech on how he had a case against the same people I wanted to sue. I was so mentally incapacitated during that time period that I believed everything he told me. Once I started to get a clear head I saw red flags and began to question Moore. Our joining of force came t...o an end when I lost trust in his ability to continue in my best interest without spending thousands more especially when I found out that many case like mine were taken on contingency not hourly. Please be careful when u have already been a victim. Clear your mind first before trying to find an attorney. Especially when it is your lively hood at stake. I would give him a 1, but he did do some paperwork in efforts.

In that this reviewer did not identify himself/herself, it is impossible to respond in any detail. A couple points. I spend hundreds of hours every year consulting with folks without charge, even when I know that their situation will not become a litigation matter. I try, in those cases, to help the individual through a difficult time. I don't make speeches to prospective clients. I do not have to make speeches. The results I have obtained speak for themselves. I have not had one client in 40 years fire me, but I have, unfortunately, had to fire a half dozen clients because we no longer saw eye-to-eye. Anonymous may be one of those. I'm sorry that he/she feels as he/she does.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Michael G. Moore for more than fifty years. As a fellow trial attorney, I have co-counseled with him on numerous pieces of civil litigation during the years 1986 to 1988 and again from 2013 through the present. His success rate with both juries and trials to the court is extremely high. He has obtained many verdicts for clients that are in the millions of dollars. Mike has also successfully brought to settlement before trial hundreds of cases which have resulted in lucrative recoveries for his clients. I have witnessed first-hand Mike’s highest degree of adherence to the attorney rules of ethics and to the customs of courtesy and common sense. As a result of his professional conduct, he has the utmost trust and respect of judges, opposing counsel, and the other personnel that are involved in the court systems in which he operates."

"Mike Moore is a tireless and extremely skilled fighter for his clients, in preparing their cases, in the courtroom, and if necessary in the courts of appeals--he doesn't give up, no matter how big the lawfirm is on the other side, he keeps the interests of his clients foremost. A bear for work, a lion for his clients, an eagle of the law."

“The Ohio reprimand followed on the Arizona reprimand. I never had an issue in Ohio. In 2015, I did not reconcile my Arizona trust account as the Bar required, simply because I had so little money in it it did not come up on my radar. I completed the additional education require, and my Arizona probation ended in 2018.”
