A attorney who cares and will fight for you

Lindsey handled my custody case and later a civil protection order Lindsey was very professional and dedicated to my cases. Lindsay kept me up to date on all items and got back with me quickly on any questions or concerns that I had. Lindsay was genuinely concerned about my situation and well being.... Lindsay is not one of those attorneys that is looking for a quick buck that will leave you hanging out to dry. Lindsey will get you results .Her fees are reasonable and she will provide u timely invoices that details her work she has done on your case. She went above and beyond on my cases. I will continue to use her if needed for future counsel and will recommend her as the go to attorney to hire.

Fact driven review. Run away from this attorney!

My situation: Stay at home dad for last 5 years of my marriage (raising 3 children ages 9,8 and 4) while allowing wife of 11 years to pursue and get promoted within increasing income from 50k year to 120k year. I hired Lindsey to file for divorce after fictitious Ex-parte was ordered against me. Li...ndsey represented me for 9 months yet never informed me of my rights under divorce considering my situation, ie spousal support, child custody, child support and property division. While always stating in emails that she would "make sure 13 times i was ok with the settlement before i sign it" she threatened to quit on me if i didnt sign my first decree/settlement offer presented to me. I walked away with nothing other then my half of my wife's 401k plan (i was already going to get this because it was established during our marriage) and 50/50 custody. I lost my home and personal property as well as spousal support and child support because she didn't thoroughly read the decree before i signed it and explain it to me. Run as far away from this firm as quickly as possible as not only did she cause me financial loss, she laid down to the defendants counsel on several occasions. Lindsey seems nice but i believe she is not laid out for this type of work. Save your money and hire a more experienced attorney. you wont regret it.

Rainbow at the end of a potential nightmare

Recently, My X; and the other 50% ownership of my home, let me know that he was facing his mortality. This did effect me in obvious ways, BUT the reason why there was a breakup (and eventual moving out) was that this person, by nature, is an "Opportunist" in every respect of the word. MY worst nightm...are was that this person would 'WILL' his half of the home, that we've owned together, and I would be faced with either very greedy relatives wanting their share; forcing me into bankruptcy and/or onto the streets, and/or his new relations trying to cash in OR, worse yet, move into MY home as half ownership; even though the soured relationship has been over for 7+ yrs.: where I've lived alone and carried/maintained this property/MY HOME with zero assistance. Without knowing who to turn to, I turned to 'Lindsey Hutchinson' for guidance. In less than One week, she had presented me with papers that assured/protected my rights to "MY", "MY" home; after his eventual passing. This relief lifted an INCREDIBLE weight; knowing that, even though "I" saved this home from foreclosure and maintained it all these years, that it wasn't going to fall/given-over-to, into the hands of greed and hatred. Lindsey, literally, saved my Home and my Life (and sanity). Having said this, I would never even THINK of relying on anyone else BUT Lindsey Hutchinson for any and all.....Many, many Thanks, Lindsey!!!! I get to keep my Home (and life).

Marathon Woman

Lindsey was amazing. I had an ex that wanted to take my daughter out of state. I was extremely stressed out and Lindsey calmly walked me through whole process. When it came to actually going to court Lindsey got me more than I asked. She is an amazing attorney.
