Heather Gall is ruining children’s lives by ruling on matters uneducated of the facts & being completely biased against women. I hope her & her family enjoy the karma that will one day fall upon them for acting so negligence with minor children’s emotional well being & lives. She is truly a vile huma...n being, & deserves nothing but the worst.

I believe Heather Gall is a mean and nasty human being. As magistrate she was biased on my case and yelled a lot and had no control over her courtroom. I have a friend who hired her as an attorney and he said she lost his case for her as she was unprepared and didn’t know the law well enough. She gre...w up in rural Ohio along the Ohio River and she looks and acts exactly how you’d expect someone coming from that area to be. Delaware County Domestic Court is a hillbilly court and is biased against you unless you have connections in Delaware. Heather Gall should be removed from the bench and investigated.

I was unfortunate to have Gall as the Magistrate presiding over my case. Clearly she has made a biased opinion before hearing both sides, made strange decisions about my case, but refused to explain her own opinion or any legal reasoning. Constantly rushed, interrupted, and cut off lawyers incessantl...y. She wants to be in control, but does not have the legal knowledge and does not project the intellect or authority to command or preside over a court of law.

DO NOT USE HEATHER GALL. In 2014 she helped my "father" get custody of me and I am now 18 years old. Because of her I dealt with years of abuse and trauma. She defended my abuser. It might be her job, but she ruined a child's life and caused me so much trauma. She didn't have to represent him, but sh...e made that choice. Ignoring all the signs and let me be in an abusive home. DO NOT USE HER. Don't waste your money and find someone else. She needs her licenses removed because she knew he was abusing me, but she didn't care. She just kept defending him.

Heather is just the type of attorney you want representing you in court. She is trustworthy, caring, smart and tough. When she tells you “I got your back” she absolutely means it. She was able to take over an extremely complex case of parental alienation and make a difference. She placed my daughter’...s interest ahead of everything else and got me custody. Whether your case is simple or difficult; Heather is the kind of professional you need in your corner during rough times.
