I was seen in the emergency room of my local hospital three times before being life-flighted to Riverside Hospital In Columbus, Ohio. Upon arrival at Riverside, it was determined that it was too late to save my legs and a double above the knee amputations had to be performed in order to save my life. We decided to seek legal advice and Mr. Leeseberg came highly recommended to us. After meeting with Mr. Leeseberg, we felt he would do the best job in representing me and my case. After all efforts of settling out of court were unsuccessful, we were given a trial date. From the very first date of meeting Mr. Leeseberg, to the last day of the trial, Mr. Leeseberg was always professional, courteous, compassionate and well versed in all medical aspects of my case. He never came before me or the court unprepared and he made sure that I was also always aware of what to expect and was prepared for what could happen as well. He became someone I trusted with my life and I never doubted for one minute that he would work harder than anyone to see that we were successful when it was time for the jury to deliberate my case. Mr. Leeseberg, from day one, was always honest and upfront on how he felt my case would go. He has my utmost respect and admiration. I would and have recommended people to talk to him regarding their legal questions.

Gerry represented my family and did an amazing job. He is incredibly smart and knows what he is doing. He didn't take any nonsense from the other side.

I was his client, but he defended the doctor's misdiagnosis. The doctor did not follow medical protocols for the type of surgery performed. I know this because I consulted another specialist on my own. He never showed me the respect of calling or scheduling an appointment with me. I would not recommend.
