Gerald Scott Leeseberg

I was seen in the emergency room of my local hospital three times before being life-flighted to Riverside Hospital In Columbus, Ohio. Upon arrival at Riverside, it was determined that it was too late to save my legs and a double above the knee amputations had to be performed in order to save my life....
