I have crossed paths with Mr. Horvath many times at the courthouse. The longest domestic case I had took about two and one-half years to close and Mr. Horvath was opposing counsel. The parties were both PH'd educated people with a large marital estate that included, real estate, accounts, pension plans that required QDRO's and personal property all needed divided. The parties also had minor children and the court appointed a Guardian ad Litem to resolve the minor child issues. There were many complex legal issues to address. Another challenging item was the parties were of Greek descent which made them hard to understand at times. Mr. Horvath presented himself with a high degree of skill.
