David Hansen Thomas

I was acquitted of all charges thanks to David Thomas and Kathryn Wallrabenstein. Before going to trial, they kept me updated on what was happening in my case and they reviewed the evidence with me. After a few long conversations with them about my case, I decided to go to trial. The trial lasted tw...o weeks and was in federal court. They made the government’s witnesses look bad by asking them tough questions. They both fought for me and they were able to win me my freedom. They are both great lawyers and I can’t thank them enough!

I have a relative who was charged with a couple of non-violent offenses (one charge was bogus and the other was an overcharge) that probably a lot of jurisdictions wouldn't have done, considering the details. But still it happened so Mr. Thomas graciously heard out my relative's situation on short n...oticed and then accepted the case. He managed to get the charges dropped in exchange for attendance in a educational class, a really good deal in my opinion. Throughout the process he made himself available to answer questions and to assure that things would probably have a good ending. While optimistic, he was honest too in that he wasn't going to promise something he wasn't 100% sure about even if he was 99.99% sure. He and his assistant (who was quite helpful too) were very professional and made sure to make things comfortable for us as much as possible; he provided very steady guidance. I would highly recommend him for anyone else. He is one of the best out there.
