Well I served in the Armed forces and was just getting out. Excited to be with my wife and my son again. I got out and moved in with her and her parents until I could get a job and our own place once again. Being reunited with my wife wasn't exactly what I had expected, no hugs, no affection, like sh...e was a stranger. Now I would work all day to come home with my wife accusing me of hurting my little boy. Everyday was the same, just another accusation toward me. This went on and on for about a year. I was able to have my case completely handled by phone, email, text and computer technology with my custody and divorve proceeding. Once I learned that my son had been a victim of severe abuse, neglect, and endangerment, I clearly realized I was going to file for custody of him. It all started when the boyfriend of my ex-wife died of a drug overdose in their home in front of my child. 3 weeks later my son disclosed to me that... one of the sons of the babysitter whom his mother had been taking him to for 2 years had molested him for the greater part of a year. I knew that my ex had issues but I never thought she would of put our son in harms way. And I later learned that she knew he was in harms way because she was aware that the oldest of the 3 sons that lived with the babysitter is a registered sex offender.
