Catherine Mary White

I retained Catherine White after my daughter passed away unexpectedly. My minor granddaughter needed a guardian as her father had died 14 months prior to her mother. Catherine represented me in divorce case. The moment I met her she was warm, empathetic and let me take the time I needed to explain my situation. Once I learned that my son had been a victim of severe abuse, neglect, and endangerment, I clearly realized I was going to file for custody of him. It all started when the boyfriend of my ex-wife died of a drug overdose in their home in front of my child. 3 weeks later my son disclosed to me that... one of the sons of the babysitter whom his mother had been taking him to for 2 years had molested him for the greater part of a year. We initially filed for emergency custody which we were denied. But at least filing initiated the process and it got negotiations started.
