When i first met Attorney Catherine White she embarrassed me with kind words. She is very caring and understanding. She helped me to get through a really tough time in my life. Ex Parte was issued October 18, 2017 during my divorce. Let me be clear that at that time I did not know or had ever heard of Ex Parte. The order gave my wife temporary custody of our sons. I contacted Catherine M. White immediately for clarification. Under her guidance and questioning of my wif...e the Order was reversed as the Magistrate found no grounds for the order. I could finally have some peace of mind for me and my sons. Her technique in the hearing was “to the point” when questioning my wife and left no doubt that the order should never have been issued. Ask for timelines, she will provide them. they will be reasonable. Also remember that other lawyers can work at different paces, people can drag their feet. Be reasonable. 4. E-mail and phone communication can take 24 hours. Be prepared to understand that. If you send an e-mail on Friday night, she won't answer until the following work day.
