My mother applied for emergency custody and legal custody of my daughter under false allegations. I am a mother of 3, one daughter (11) and two sons (3 and 10mths). Ex Parte was issued October 18, 2017 during my divorce. Let me be clear that at that time I did not know or had ever heard of Ex Parte. The order gave my wife temporary custody of our sons.
