Wright & Associates does one thing: Litigate. We are a boutique complex litigation firm that focuses is on prosecuting claims against insurers who refuse to honor their Policy, contractors who do bad work, and lenders who violate their contract and federal law. Wright & Associates will not draft your will, do your taxes, handle a criminal case, get involved a domestic matter, or handle a bankruptcy.
Wright & Associates focuses on large claims. All of our cases are litigated in Federal Courts or the Courts of Common Pleas. These courts require the amount in dispute to be substantial.
Ben Wright began his legal career working for a well-respected insurance defense firm. In 2014, Ben founded his own firm committed to using his insider’s knowledge to ensure that insurance companies, homebuilders, banks, and contractors live up their word. Since then, the Firm has continued to grow, served hundreds of clients, and has achieved several accomplishments, including:
