Laura Newcomer

Laura joined The Sterling Law Office in June 2012, and concentrates her practice on business disputes.  She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, drafting and answering civil complaints, motion practice, discovery, trial, and post-judgment collections.  Before joining The Sterling Law Office, Laura worked as an associate at a business litigation firm in Champaign, Illinois.

Laura represents both individuals and corporate entities.  She provides her clients with thoughtful counsel, seeking to understand their needs and form an efficient strategy to achieve their goals. Laura has an aggressive, yet level-headed approach to litigation, and has negotiated numerous disputes to settlement.
