Biography
My law office has been helping thousands of indiviuals for over 28 years from the same location. Experience and creativity are a must. I tried one of the largest cases in the Country in 2007. I took on the government and won! The case involved the means test and how it is calculated. My victory changed the way the means test is calculated to benefit of all debtors in the United States. I meet with all of my clients personally. I have four fantastic paralegals that assist me and we work well as a team, but again, you MEET WITH ME, NOT A PARALEGAL. I am lifelong Columbus resident and a product of Eastmoor High School, a city school. I enjoy the face to face contact with all of my clients and I enjoy my work. Chapter 7
Scott is great at his work.. He quick and accurate.. I just had my meeting of creditors. Now just waiting on discharge.. I thought I'd be nervous, but he keeps you smile.. Best lawyer I've been around.

No non-sense
I hires Scott to do a chapter 13. He was/is current with revised laws, knowledgeable, tough and looks out for his customers. And he was a boxer. YIKES!
