Jeffery Michael Blosser

Jeff Blosser is an excellent lawyer, he has been representing me for 5 years. He treated me with respect and dignity. He showed genuine empathy, and compassion. He was more than reasonable when it came to the cost of services rendered. I trust him and would be more than confident in recommending him ...to friends or family. He has integrity and is there for you when you need him.

I hired Mr. Blosser after a friend of his wife recommended him. I spoke with him over the phone and explained that I wanted to get a dissolution or possibly a divorce and that I noticed he was listed as a criminal defense attorney and wanted to make sure this was something he could do. He assured me ...that he was more than capable. It became quite clear over time, that he had no idea what he was doing. I wanted to give him a chance and I trusted him. He told me on 3 separate occasions that he filed the divorce papers with the county clerks office, and in fact lied on all 3 occasions. I called the clerks office several times after each time he claimed to have submitted the divorce papers, and they had never heard of him, and never received any divorce papers. His excuses were that the guy he paid to file for him, didn't do it. That it supposedly got lost in the mail. That he didn't fill one section out correctly and it got returned after several weeks. Every time he would supposedly file, he would tell me that he would be unavailable for an extended amount of time . This gave my spouse time to file for custodial parent and to receive child and spousal support. Finally I had to hire a different attorney, and of course he told me there was no money left from my retainer. So essentially I paid him thousands of dollars to do absolutely nothing. If I could have given him 0 stars or negative stars on this review, I would have. I cannot speak for his abilities as a criminal defense attorney, but I can speak for his inability to be an effective divorce attorney, and for his dishonesty. I would not recommend hiring this man to anyone.

Mr Blosser was very understanding about my boyfriends DUI. Didn't judge us on the situation. With everything going on he kept us informed on our options and best case scenario. He responded to my text in a timely manor and even made phone calls! He was fair in his price and time spent, he worked har...der than what we ever expected from a lawyer. We are very lucky to have found Mr Blosser. He saved us from a lot of damage to our family, jobs and record. I cannot say enough great things about Mr Blosser and his dedication to his job helping people in unfortunate situations. Thank you! Although we hope to never need another lawyer, Jeff Blosser will be the ONLY choice for us and the one we recommend to anyone that needs one.

Jeff appears nice and knowledgeable before he got my money. Once he got my money he was often unresponsive to questions. Jeff's office was also very unorganized and mixed up or lost my information. Jeff was unable to even get a reply from the judge handling the case. When Jeff was asked about this he... just offered excuse after excuse without ever obtaining any results. Jeff also was terribly wrong in legal information he gave me which had horrible ramifications. As an attorney, Jeff did not know the laws and gave uniformed answers, rather than simply saying he did not know and finding out. Jeff's knowledge, communication, and follow up were terribly lacking. Jeff claimed to be one of the best and justified his high prices by that, yet he failed to deliver results, just disappointment, I do not say that because he did not yield the results desired, yet he yielded no results whatsoever and made no real effort to obtain results or information, positive or negative. Very disappointing and frustrating attorney to work with.

Mr. Jeffery Blosser was court appointed to represent me out of Fairfield County, OH in 2012. To be honest, I was assuming he was just another lawyer who was going to go through the motions, and not help me in my fight for justice. Once Mr. Blosser sat down with me, heard the facts that I presented hi...m, he stood beside me and fought for my freedom. Mr. Blosser was able to negotiate a pre-trial settlement that I agreed with, but he also was willing to continue to fight on my behalf if I thought the agreement was not to my likening. If you are assigned Mr. Blosser to assist you in your case, I want you to know you have a solid individual protecting your freedoms. If you are looking to obtain an attorney, I would invest in this man.
