Excellent Family Attorney

I hired Nick Grilli a few years after my divorce to have my ex-husband's visitation with our children modified. I was originally awarded sole residential parent and legal custodian of our daughters, but my ex decided to keep the girls way past his visitation time one summer. He also put their lives i...n danger twice by driving them in unsafe weather conditions and getting into car accidents - one that sent them all to the hospital and a second time when I had to pick my children up from a police station at 4 in the morning because he was intoxicated. Nick was very diligent. He was very conscientious about explaining my rights and options and he would go over the possible pros and cons (and odds of winning) of motions he could file. My ex-husband did everything he could to stall going to trial. He would not show up to court, he would not follow court orders. It took over a year to get to trial. But Nick continued to push to make my ex follow the rules. He was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. So many things happened in the process of going to trial that he remembered things that I had forgotten about that we could use in court. His organization was outstanding. My ex had sent me hundreds of threatening text messages and Nick went through all of them and highlighted everything and anything that was particularly damaging to my ex's case. He kept me sane when I wanted to cry. He always responded to me quickly when I had questions or needed to talk to him. And he prepared me for what could happen at trial. Because of his thoroughness and knowledge of family law, my outcome was best case scenario and I will always be grateful to Nick for helping me through the whole ordeal.

Experienced and informative

Nick helped me navigate my divorce. He kept me informed about any developments and worked through difficult pension problems that were involved.

I highly recommend Mr. Grilli

I've concluded my case with Nick Grilli recently and I couldn't be happier with his services and professionalism. I would highly recommend him or Dagger Law to all my friends and family. If I ever need legal services, I would definitely use them again.
