I hired Mr. Roberst on a Friday to represent me the following Tuesday, February 7, 2017 concerning a civil protection order. He had his assistant attempt to serve subpoenas the same day, but was unsuccessful. On Sunday, Mr. Roberts delivered the subpoena himself. How many attorneys do you know that w...ould work on a Sunday? Do I need to say more? Well, that Tuesday, the case was dismissed. Mr. Roberts is by far one of the most compassionate and the best attorney that I have personally hired! And I know that his rates are very reasonable.

I'll start by stating that Don was referred to me by my Daycare's assistant. She was NOT represented by Don, her X was. She told me that he was a shark, but for the benefit of the father's rights...because she knows I'm a good Dad. There should be no scenario in a legal separation & divorce wher...e either party gets 100% of what they wanted...it has to be about the kids (if you have them). I have heard many horror stories of divorce and the father living in his car... In my scenario, I am more than satisfied given all of the potential outcomes.
