The focus of my law practice to help my clients achieve their dreams and goals.
I help clients in four main areas;
Estate Planning- Most of us work hard all of our lives to provide a better life for ourselves and our loved ones. I help my clients avoid probate and achieve their goals with the fruits of their hard work. Whether it a legacy for their children, charitable contributions for a worthwhile charity, protections for a special needs child, protections for a surviving spouse or children, I provide the best plan and advise I can to make the client's dreams a reality.
Business- Many of my clients either own their own business or want to start a business. I help my clients select the best business entity for their situation and protect all involved with buy/sell agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, leases, purchase contracts, and many other issues which confront business people.
Real Estate-I have been involved in all phases of real estate for over 35 years. As a major part of many estate plans, I work with clients to protect their homes, rental properties, farms, commercial properties, etc. In difficult economic times, strategies for ownership or sale may shift. Lease/Options, land contracts, quick evictions of non-paying tenants, etc. become more important.
Probate- Probate is time-consuming, costly, and can be very frustrating. I help Clients plan and prepare to avoid the probate whenever possible.
If you are someone who has worked hard to accumulate assets and wants to leave a legacy to someone with the least amount of tax and administrative costs and hassle, I can help.
