Biography
David Troutman has been with Edwards and Kautz since 2011. Prior to joining Edwards & Kautz, David worked as a public defender representing people charged with crimes ranging from DUI to Murder. He joined Edwards & Kautz because of the firm’s prestige with injury cases and character of the partners. He enjoys helping people by solving their legal problems.
David focuses his practice on car accidents, personal injury and worker's compensation. David believes that people who have been injured due to another person's carelessness should receive compensation for their medical bills, lost wages, and pain & suffering.
David graduated from law school from Southern Illinois University in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science from Murray State University in 2002 with a major in Political Science. He is a member of Kentucky Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. He has been admitted to the Federal Court of the Western District of Kentucky.
David is married to Angela Troutman, who is also a lawyer. Their son Graham, is 5 years old and will start kindergarten in August 2018. David enjoys going to sporting events and concerts, and traveling.
