OUTCOME: Kentucky Supreme Court affirmed original ruling of Workers Comp Judge

I represented a gentleman who injured his lower back while working for a logging business. The logging business employer did not believe my client was injured while on the job. Our workers compensati ... on judge disagreed with the employer and awarded my client benefits. However, the win was appealed numerous times which unfortunately caused a delay in my client receiving the benefits he deserved. Finally, after two (2) years of appeals, the KY Supreme Court agreed with the original judge resulting in a win for my client.
