also known as Greta Hoffman Walker
In 2008, I left the family firm to pursue my own direction. Ultimately, leaving the nest allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. My practice focuses on family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal law.
My focus when representing clients is on the whole person. Sure, I want my client to "win", but I want them to know what "winning" means to them before we push through litigation. The case is not about me, but about them, and what will make them happy in the long run. My client and I will discuss their legal future, the potential outcomes, and decide together what is the best course of aciton. I will tell them the truth, which is sometimes very hard for my clients o hear, but necessary if the client wants to limit legal expenses.

Are you an attorney? Endorse this lawyer
I have worked for Greta, and now I watch her work in the community. She exhibits the rare combination of being both an extremely knowledgeable attorney and an extremely hard worker. I have observed first hand as clients entrusted her with the protection of large assets and estates. Time and time again she rewarded that trust with favorable results. You would be hard-pressed to find a better attorney to handle a high net worth divorce.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer
I have been on the other side in several cases with Greta Hoffman. Her family law experience is second to none. She is reasonable when it comes to working out cases but a fighter when it comes to representing her client in court. She is also very professional when dealing with other attorneys and her clients.
