Kevin Moser is an attorney who practices primarily in all areas of Family Law and Criminal Law throughout Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
Mr. Moser received two bachelor's degrees from the University of Kentucky in 2005, where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2008, where he also received awards for acheiving the highest grade in three courses.
A lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, Mr. Moser returned home upon graduation and began his law practice when he was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 2008, followed by admission to the State of Indiana in 2010.

KEVIN MOSER
Kevin Moser is a great attorney .He is very busy always in litigation , and he will fight for you in the courtroom . Through my case he stayed in touch with my boyfriend and explained everything . He did everything he said he would do . Even having a case in a 1 horse town

At initial consultation, I felt I was picking the right attorney. What should have been a quick case, turned into additional 2 months. Very poor communication as far as returning phone calls and keeping his word on follow up issues. When I received the "final" document, he said he had fixed any issue...
