Good Lawyer
Heather did work for me when I was credit manager at Ready Mix Concrete. Heather was very helpful in collecting my bad accounts. She was always on top of my accounts and would give me a call to let me know what was going on. She did a good job.

Sample of Legal Cases
The Court of Appeals overturned the trial court, stating the the terms of the Will were unambiguous and the anti-lapse statues were inapplicable. The Kentucky Supreme Court denied review.
The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court stating that Defendants were not entitled to a full setoff for the amounts paid by the settling tortfeasors.
