Biography
I went to law school to add intellectual capital to businesses. After graduating from law school with honors and a distinction in transactional skills, I worked in the Legal Depratment at Papa John's and with the legal department at Louisville Slugger before going into private practice. In private practice, I focused on business, estates, and divorce. We created legal technologies to help underserved populations receive valuable legal work, and I focus my day to day practice on helping small businesses and entrepreneurs. We integrate legal technology with business savvy to become trusted advisors to our clients.
