As a public defender with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, Zach successfully defended several hundred criminal cases including serious complex felony matters such as Rape, drug trafficking, drug possession, etc. misdemeanors such as DUI’s, thefts, shoplifting, as well as juvenile cases in murder, arson, theft, etc. As a contracts negotiator for a multinational pharmaceutical company, Zach managed contract and budget negotiations valued at approximately $2.2 million and beat company average negotiation timeframe by average of 43 days.
Zach speaks Spanish and enjoys traveling. He has participated in philanthropy and missions trips to Argentina, Guatemala, and South Korea. He has also traveled to Albania, Greece, and Crete. When he is not in the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
