I recently hired for hit and run accident that I was in. I was not aware that my insurance policy covered me for pedestrian hit run until a friend informed me. So I did what anyone else would do and I open the phone book and Started calling around. Mr Mannings office was the only one available to get... me in the same day. I was very eager to get something done due to the fact of my financial situation and me being a server. He gave me the estimate of two weeks to file my claim and now we are going into the 4th week. I do atribute that to some of the problems that he is running into with my case and Progressives extremly poor claim resolution. Mr. Manning was extremely well with infprming me every step of the way, and not wit snail mail but email or text and almost always responded within 10 minutes, I must say that I was impressed with his professionalism and how he handles he job, I definatly appreciated the fact that he felt my pain and adjusted his aggressiveness toward Progressive, even to the point that the claims adjuster got sick of us contacting her to tell her to get it done. Then once my claim went thru he has a check to me by the next business day. I would definitely recommend him.
