Rita Nahlik Silin

I hired Rita Silin for a child custody case. In the beginning she was extremely helpful, kept in contact every other day, and even worked with me on a payment schedule. However, once I made my final payment, she disappeared and has not responded to any emails, calls, or formal letters asking about an... update on my case. So I am now out of over $2000 in lawyer fees just not receive the services I paid for over a year ago.

Rita was my lawyer for divorce, she always told me to come to court then would have hearings telling me not to show. While Rita was retained as my lawyer she would not represent me in a dv charge from my ex. I had my ex for contempt several times and she failed to file motion for contempt and a motio...n to enforce. She also told me I couldn't go get my child during my week because I had to work and my ex was in contempt Rita did nothing she's not a lawyer I would recommend for nothing.

Ms. Silin has helped me transition from a difficult divorce. She provided reliable, professional service which helped guide me in the right direction, and she is an attorney who intently listens. Ms. Silin also responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
